Bug reports and corrections

Use the project repositories for problems and fixes that need tracking:

• SSE-9 hardware issues - board layout, footprints, components, assembly and electrical measurements.
• DCP-3 firmware issues - builds, phone behaviour, modem handling and software faults.

For a bug report, describe what happened and what you expected, along with the board revision and firmware commit. If you are reporting hardware measurements, include the modem, battery and how you took the measurements.
